RECAP uses the contact information, part details, photos, and documents you provide to review and coordinate your request and communicate with you.

Request information and files

Request files are stored privately and are not a public catalog. Relevant technical information may be shared with a supplier or service provider when needed to investigate your request. Send only material you are authorized to share; avoid unrelated personal, payment, or confidential information.

Shop access

Shop portal access is restricted to authorized company information. Authentication, request storage, private files, email delivery, and abuse prevention use service providers supporting RECAP’s operations.

Drafts on your device

The request form saves text locally in this browser so you can recover an unfinished request. Photos are not saved in the browser draft. You can discard the saved draft from the form. On a shared device, discard your draft when you finish.

Cookies and abuse prevention

Authentication uses cookies to maintain your session. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect requests from automated abuse and may process browser and network information. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
